LootSync Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to LootSync (formerly Jacob's Discounted Gaming Hub). By accessing our website (lootsync.gg) and utilizing our digital top-up services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site.

2. Digital Goods & Delivery

LootSync specializes in the instant, digital delivery of in-game currency. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following absolute conditions:

All Sales are Final: Because digital credits (such as ML Diamonds or Valorant Points) are consumed instantly upon delivery to the publisher's servers, no refunds can or will be issued once a top-up is processed successfully.
Delivery Timeframes: Most orders are processed within 1 to 5 minutes upon receipt verification. Delays caused by the game publisher's servers (e.g., Montoon, Riot Games) are entirely out of our control.

3. User Responsibilities (Player IDs)

The accuracy of the delivery destination lies entirely with the customer.

Accuracy Required: The customer is 100% responsible for entering the correct Player ID, Zone ID, Character Name, or Riot ID.
No Liability for Typos: LootSync is strictly not liable for credits sent to the wrong account due to user typos or input errors. If you provide the wrong ID and the system processes the top-up successfully to that ID across the publisher's network, the transaction is considered completed and cannot be reversed.

4. Payments & Fraud Prevention

To maintain the security and integrity of our platform, all payments are subject to manual verification.

Manual Verification: We manually verify all GCash and Maya receipts received via our supported messaging channels (Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram).
Zero Tolerance Policy for Fraud: Submitting forged, duplicated, modified, or fake payment screenshots will result in an immediate and permanent ban from LootSync, without warning.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel unfulfilled orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. LootSync Rewards (Loyalty Program)

The LootSync Rewards program is designed to appreciate our loyal gamers.

No Cash Value: Loyalty Points have no actual cash value outside the LootSync ecosystem and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold for physical currency or transferred to other accounts.
Program Modification: We reserve the absolute right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate the points system and its conversion rates at any time without prior notice.
Fraudulent Accumulation: We strictly reserve the right to revoke points or nullify rewards if we determine they were collected through abuse, system glitches, or verified fraudulent top-up attempts.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Google SSO access to LootSync immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
