  • Information from Google (OAuth): If you choose to log in using "Continue with Google," we request and collect your basic profile information provided by Google. This is strictly limited to your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture.
  • Order Information: When you place an order, we collect the necessary in-game details (such as Player ID, Zone ID, or Riot ID) required to fulfill your top-up.
  • Payment Verification: We collect the payment receipt screenshots (e.g., GCash or Maya) that you upload solely for the purpose of manually verifying your transaction.

How We Use Your Information

  • Account Creation & Loyalty Tracking: Your Google email and name are used to instantly create your LootSync Rewards account and track your points balance.
  • Order Fulfillment: Your gaming IDs and payment receipts are used exclusively to deliver the purchased digital credits.
  • Communication: We use your email address to send order confirmations and notify you of expiring loyalty points.

Google API Services Disclosure

LootSync's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using our cloud database provider (Supabase).
